Returns and Refunds
The 2Bands Online Shop wants to guarantee its customers maximum satisfaction during the Shopping Experience. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his order and the delivered products are qualitatively non-compliant with the requirements, the customer can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The Right of Withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.
It is not possible to make multiple return requests for the same order.
COST OF RETURN SHIPPING
The return is always free, with the exception of cases in which the customer decides to ship the return at his own expense with a courier chosen independently and not the one affiliated with 2Bands.
HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN ONLINE
Important: remember to make the return request only and exclusively after having collected the order and being in possession of the goods. In fact, with the return request, the courier's collection is automatically booked.
Connect here by entering your order number and email. Enter in a single request all the items you wish to return, with the relative reason. Make sure you have entered them all before proceeding to confirm. In case of payment for the order on delivery, enter the Iban code and the holder of the current account on which you wish to receive the refund. Attention this key is activated only after 48 working hours from the receipt of the order!
The items must be received with a tag indicating the barcode and any material that is part of the package.
The return can only be shipped from the country where the order was placed. Furthermore, it is not possible to change the collection address. Please note that return shipments are not accepted in "freight collect" at the expense of 2Bands.
Only items returned as instructed will be refunded. If the return does not meet the conditions listed below, the package will be returned to the sender.
IMPORTANT : the return request is instantaneous, therefore we ask you to submit it only after verifying that you are available for the courier to collect the return package in the next 24/48 hours.
You don't have to worry about sticking any labels on the package!
HEADS
Items must be returned with the product code tag and in their original packaging. We also want to specify that, according to the provisions of article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Therefore, items that have been damaged and/or deteriorated will not be returned. All accessories such as certificates of authenticity, dust bags and tags must also be included in the return package. Please send a message to 2bandsclothing@gmail.com if one of the received items has no packaging accessories.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you receive a defective or damaged item or if the garment has manufacturing defects, you must immediately notify us by writing to 2bandsclothing@gmail.com.
Items damaged due to wear or tear will not be considered defective.
No size or color substitutions are made.
RETURN SHIPPING
The Customer making the return must insert the goods in the original packaging, if it is damaged, he can use a box of the same size and resistance, and close it carefully with scotch tape.
2Bands reserves the right not to accept items from the same order that are returned and shipped at different times. Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
The customer can choose a courier other than the reference one and send the goods to our warehouse.
Please note that return shipments by courier other than the reference one must be paid directly by the Customer and it is still necessary to send an email to 2Bands Customer Service by writing to 2bandsclothing@gmail.com indicating the order number, the items to be returned, the quantities and the reason for the return. It is also advisable to choose a type of shipment with traceability as 2Bands is not responsible for any theft or loss.
REFUNDS
After receiving the return, our warehouse will carry out all the checks to verify that the procedure and conditions have been respected. The Customer will then receive an email confirming acceptance and reimbursement.
Our bank will credit your credit card or PayPal with the full amount of the returned goods within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day the package arrives at the warehouse.
In the case of a gift, if the order was paid for by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made on the original transaction and therefore on the account of the person who made the payment. For security reasons we are not allowed to refund to a different account.
Credit card: our bank will make the refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods. The time needed to view the refund may vary and depend on the institution that issued the card.
Paypal: the refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods on the Customer's personal account.
Cash on delivery: the bank will make the refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods to the bank account of the customer who made the payment.
Online Gift Card: the refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods on the same gift card used for the purchase. In case of mixed payment, the amount paid by credit card or PayPal will be refunded first, then the amount of the voucher.
2bands reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the established period or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
